This privacy statement outlines what information Ceidiog collects and how that information is used, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) effective from May 25th 2018, implemented in the UK under the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).

What do we collect?

The types of information that Ceidiog collects from you includes but is not limited to; name, date of birth, contact number, address, employment history, and bank details. Ceidiog will let you know what information is being held about you if you ask.


Why do we collect it?

Ceidiog collects your information for a variety of reasons such as; to complete projects and contractual obligations, as due diligence to comply with public liability and indemnity insurance, and to invoice clients and pay suppliers.


How do we collect it?

Ceidiog will collect any personal information that you provide voluntarily. The purpose for why we are gathering that information will be made clear when collecting it. If you are under 16 you must receive permission from your parent or guardian whenever you provide personal information to Ceidiog.


Information Storage

Ceidiog will hold on to your information for the shortest time that it is needed for the purpose it was collected until contract end. Ceidiog are legally obliged to retain certain information to fulfil our statutory rights. We will not sell or trade information to any third parties without your permission.

However, any information required by law or as part of regular accounting activities will be shared.

Your information will be held on a secure computer file. And as previously mentioned your personal data is extremely important and Ceidiog are committed to keeping it safe and secure from loss, misuse or alteration.
