A love of horses is helping a Flintshire man overcome a debilitating neurological condition. Adam Couchman, 27, from Leeswood, near Mold, rides at the Clwyd Special Riding Centre in Llanfynydd, Wrexham.
A famous Dylan Thomas play for voices is been given a new twist by a group of budding thespians. Drama students have been working on a version of Thomas’s best known and most popular work, Under Milk Wood.

A new trail for modern day pilgrims is a path to prosperity for North Wales. The 150-mile North Wales Pilgrim’s Way, which takes 10 to 11 days to complete, is already attracting religious and non-religious tourists from far and wide.
