It’s like the award winning film, Educating Rita – but this is for real. A second chance at education has been a fundamentally life-changing experience for six young women from the Caia Park housing estate, in Wrexham.

Drama students given new voice by Dylan Thomas’s timeless classic

A famous Dylan Thomas play for voices is been given a new twist by a group of budding thespians. Drama students have been working on a version of Thomas’s best known and most popular work, Under Milk Wood.

Texan just loves Harlech!

An American has swapped the Lone Star State for Gwynedd and is immersing himself in Welsh culture. Texan, Gibb Walker, 41, is the new Estates Manager at the second chance college, Coleg Harlech WEA.
